Simple CRM (“the app”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights.
This information is used solely to authenticate you and secure your data.
The app allows you to store information such as clients, appointments, schedules, quotes, invoices, expenses, and notes. All data is created and managed by you and stored securely using Google Firebase services.
Simple CRM uses Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and improve performance. This data is collected in an aggregated and anonymised form and does not personally identify you.
The app may send optional notifications for scheduled reminders. Notification permissions are only requested after you explicitly enable reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
If you choose to attach receipts or images, the app will request access to photos only at the time you select an image. The app does not access your photo library without your permission.
Your data is not sold or shared for advertising purposes.
